Typically at the time of initial Implementation you will receive a Zip file with the Profile Key embedded within. If you need to manually enter your profile key please follow the steps below:

Step #1

After installing e-manage, double click on the icon. The sign in window will open. You MUST hit the "Profiles" button before putting your cursor in any of the other fields.

If you put your cursor in the "Username" / "Password" / or "Profiles" field before clicking the "Profiles" button you will have to force close the program from your task manager and start Step #1 over.

Select New, enter the name of your office in the Name field and the Profile Key provided to you by e-manage into the Key field. Click Save and Close. If you are not on our Cloud version of e-manage, you were provided two seperate profile keys and will need to enter both individually. You will have one “Office Name - Inside” and another named “Office Name - Outside”. If you are on cloud, you will simply have one Profile

In the Login Window, Enter your user name & password. Select the profile in the dropdown and click on LoginLog In.
