The Day Planner feature in e-manage serves as a homepage that displays important reminders of daily business activities. Day Planners can be customized per profile, ensuring that each user sees information relevant to their role. Refer to the suggested list here to determine appropriate Day Planners for each profile type. To add Day Planners to user profiles, follow the instructions below:

  1. Select Tools > Configure > Day Planner Items

2. Select the profile you wish to add a Day Planner to. Note that user assignments are visible on the right of the profile list. If you need to modify a user profile, refer here.

3. Check the Day Planner items you wish to add to the selected profile. There is no need to select "Import New Day Planner Items" or "Save," as the items will be immediately available after selecting the checkbox.
