Setting Up the Kimball / National Web Service
To integrate the Kimball / National Web Service with e-manage|ONE, a few setup steps are necessary. These steps ensure that your system can communicate effectively with Kimball / National, allowing for seamless order management and order details retrieval. Follow the instructions below to get started:
Division Account Number Configuration:
Navigate to Administrator Login > Configure Corporate Division.
Select the Division.
Enter your account number in the field labeled "Kimball Acct #".
User Login Credentials:
Within the Administrator Login > User List, access each user's record who would need to access Kimball / National Web Services (double click on the User from the User List or highlight and select Open).
Update the record with their Kimball/National portal login credentials. This step is crucial for enabling direct access and interactions with the Kimball / National system.
Salesperson PIN Setup:
Go to Corporate Division > Drop Down List Setup > Salespeople.
Here, you will assign a unique "Kimball Pin" to each salesperson. This PIN is essential for identifying and authenticating salespersons in transactions and communications with Kimball / National.
