Haworth dealers can now streamline the submission of Service Parts using the Haworth Lynx Pricing Quote Tool directly within e-manage|ONE. This enhancement enables seamless quoting and ordering for service-related parts without needing to switch between platforms.

Available Service Parts:

  • 1-0229: Installation

  • 1-0228: Design

  • 1-0230: Storage

  • 1-0236: Misc. Services

  • 1-0276: Contractual Freight

Key Requirements for Successful Submission:

  1. Vendor Assignment:
    Ensure Haworth is assigned as the Vendor for each Service Part.

  2. Vendor Ref Code and MFG Code:
    Both codes must be set to "HAW".

  3. Pricing Consistency:
    The List Price and Sell Price must match. (Cost can be any value.)

Setting Default Codes in the Master Parts List:

To save time, you can set the MFG Code and Vendor Ref Code to default values in the Master Parts List:

  1. Go to View on the top toolbar.

  2. Select Master Parts List.

  3. Assign "HAW" as the default MFG and Vendor Ref Code for applicable parts.

By following these steps, your service parts will pass through successfully during price checks and order processing, ensuring smooth order management.
