Haworth Service Parts

Haworth dealers can now streamline the submission of Service Parts using the Haworth Lynx Pricing Quote Tool directly within e-manage|ONE. This enhancement enables seamless quoting and ordering for service-related parts without needing to switch between platforms.

Available Service Parts:

  • 1-0010: Design provided by Haworth

  • 1-0035: Service provided by Haworth

  • 1-0062: Inside Delivery provided by Haworth

  • 1-0064: Holiday Delivery provided by Haworth

  • 1-0071: Special Packaging provided by Haworth

  • 1-0072: Warehouse Storage Fee - Haworth

  • 1-0221: Walls Glass Installation

  • 1-0300: Walls Installation Services

  • 1-0323: Walls Project Services

  • 1-0228: Design Non-Haworth Provided

  • 1-0230: Project Management Non-Haworth Provided

  • 1-0229: Installation Non-Haworth Provided

  • 1-0234: Seismic Charges Non-Haworth Provided

  • 1-0233: Seismic Inspection (OBSOLETE) Non-Haworth Provided

  • 1-0236: Misc. Billable Product Non-Haworth Provided

Key Requirements for Successful Submission:

  1. Vendor Assignment:
    Ensure Haworth is assigned as the Vendor for each Service Part.

  2. Vendor Ref Code and MFG Code:
    Both codes must be set to "HAW".

  3. Pricing Consistency:
    The List Price and Sell Price must match. (Cost can be any value.)

Setting Default Codes in the Master Parts List:

To save time, you can set the MFG Code and Vendor Ref Code to default values in the Master Parts List:

  1. Go to View on the top toolbar.

  2. Select Master Parts List.

  3. Assign "HAW" as the default MFG and Vendor Ref Code for applicable parts.
