Haworth eParts

The following are instruction for importing service items from the Haworth eParts website.

Log into eParts and search for the part needed. Select the part and fill out the required options then click the Quick SIF button to export. Import the SIF that was exported from eParts into the e-manageONE BOM and process as normal.

If creating a service notification, same process to create the BOM but then it is typically manually uploaded to the PO into Service Notifications in Lynx, not thru web services in e-manage.

Note: It is important to ensure all lines have a Vendor Ref code of HAW to properly push through Web Services within e-manage.
