Haworth Surcharges

In this Help Guide section, we will explore the surcharge application process for Haworth quoting. When a user submits a price quote for validation, the pricing file may return with a surcharge.

The user will receive a message when the pricing file returns with a surcharge.

Open

The user needs to click Refresh and they will get a popup asking where they would like to apply the surcharge.

Open

 The surcharge is applied after the form is filled out and you click Apply.
