In e-manageONE, you have the power to streamline your communication processes by creating personalized email templates. Email templates are a fantastic way to save time and maintain consistency across your entire organization. Whether you're responding to common inquiries or sending out regular updates, using email templates can significantly reduce repetitive typing and ensure that your messages have a unified look and feel.

To get started with email templates, follow these easy steps:

  1. Access the Email Templates Section:

    • Click on the "Tools" menu in the top navigation bar.

    • Choose "Configure" from the dropdown menu.

    • Click on "Email Templates" to access the email template manager.

  1. Creating a New Email Template:

    • To add a new email template, click on the "New" button located at the bottom right corner of the screen.

    • Before making any other selections, fill in the necessary details and customize the template according to your requirements. You'll find additional criteria options that can enhance the template's functionality.

  1. Compose and Customize Your Email:

    • Type the email content verbiage directly into the template.

    • Customize the template further by selecting options from the available dropdown menus.

    • If you want other users to access and use the template, mark it as "public" and click "Save."\

  1. Editing an Existing Template:

    • If you need to modify an existing template, locate the "Configured Templates" dropdown menu.

    • Select the template you wish to edit, then click "New from Selected."

    • Make the desired changes and save it with a new template name.
