You can log Employee’s Sick and PTO time right within e-manage and push over to Quickbooks for Payroll by going to Human Resources > Log Sick Days / PTO, and Holidays. Follow the instructions below to log PTO or Sick Time in e-manage.
Select Employee, Date Applicable and New
Select Type, Fill in # of Hours, Reason for Absence if necessary, Select Verified Absence and Save.
As you can see this is also where you can Schedule a Paid Holiday
*The only way to subtract from the Days Used is by putting an amount in the # of Days Out or by manually adjusting in the HR Employee Manager.
Delete PTO / Sick Days
If you have made a mistake and need to clear any PTO or Sick Days entries follow the instructions below.
Navigate to Human Resources > Review / Export Employee Time Sheets
Select Employee, Date and Search
Select the Entry you wish to Clear by highlighting and pressing Delete on your keyboard
