Sick & Vacation Time (PTO) in e-manageONE

You can log Employee’s Sick and PTO time right within e-manage and push over to Quickbooks for Payroll by going to Human Resources > Log Sick Days / PTO, and Holidays. Follow the instructions below to log PTO or Sick Time in e-manage.

 

  1. Select Employee, Date Applicable and New

     

  2. Select Type, Fill in # of Hours, Reason for Absence if necessary, Select Verified Absence and Save.

    1. As you can see this is also where you can Schedule a Paid Holiday

       

*The only way to subtract from the Days Used is by putting an amount in the # of Days Out or by manually adjusting in the HR Employee Manager.

Delete PTO / Sick Days

If you have made a mistake and need to clear any PTO or Sick Days entries follow the instructions below.

  1. Navigate to Human Resources > Review / Export Employee Time Sheets

     

  2. Select Employee, Date and Search

     

  3. Select the Entry you wish to Clear by highlighting and pressing Delete on your keyboard
