Review Time Entries

When using the Time Clock entry method it is not necessary to process the time anywhere else as the time will immediately be applied to the Job and affect the Final Profit & Loss. However, before pushing to Quickbooks (if you choose to use for Payroll) it is imperative someone is always double checking the entries.

Please see the Using the Time Clock section of this Guide on how to enter time using the Time Clock in the main e-manage|ONE application. See Web Portal Time Clock for entering time through the e-manage|ONE Web Portal.

If pushing time to Quickbooks for Payroll you can make some changes directly in the e-manage|ONE Quickbooks Integration Application such as the Pay Schedules. To begin, click Quickbooks Integration from the Finance tab on top tool bar. Finanace > Quickbooks Integration > Employee Timesheets

To thoroughly review time that has been entered, previous to pushing to Quickbooks, and to ensure time has been accurately entered and applied to the correct Jobs go to Human Resources > Review / Export Employee Time Sheets.

  1. You can select the Employee(s) you wish to review on the left panel or if you do not select any employee(s) it will pull ALL records.

  2. Select your Audit Dates (Typically Audit Dates are the only item filled in on this screen, but you do have the option to search/audit by Pay Schedule and/or Sheet with or without Overtime) and Search

  3. At this point you have a few different options such as Exporting the data for ADP purposes / Exporting for any other purposes can be done using the Exporting Data with grid functions. You can also make Project # / Job # Changes at a bulk level in this screen but would need to make some fields editable first. Please call into Support if you are interested in making any fields editable. When you move hours around to different jobs in this screen it is important you highlight the entry and select "Add to Costing" to apply to the new job. We typically recommend making changes directly in the Time Clock (See Using the Time Clock for Additional Info).
