This section will walk you through efficiently handling company records within the e-manage|ONE Go App. Discover how to access and interact with essential company information and utilize key functionalities.

Companies encompass a compilation of company records, streamlining your record management process.

• Selecting a Company: Click on a company's name within the list to view its details.

• Filtering by Company Type: Access the three-bar icon to filter company records by type.

• Efficient Searching: Use the search function to quickly find specific company records.

Discover the comprehensive functionality available within each company record:

• Viewing Information: Select a company from the list to access its record and view associated Projects, Documents, Contacts, and Notes.

• Communication: Effortlessly place calls or send text messages directly from the company record.

• Navigation: Utilize the "Maps" feature to get directions and navigate to the company's location.

• Favorite Companies: Mark a company as a favorite by selecting the star icon in the top right corner.

• Create a New Contact: Create a new contact from within a Company Record in which you can convert to a new Sales Lead directly from the mobile app. See here for more information on Sales Leads in the Go app!
