Importing XML from Canvas (CET)
If you receive an error upon attempting to import an XML from a drawing created in Canvas (CET) it could be due to the reason below:
In the Calculation window of CET there could be a part(s) that did not have a description and when you right click on the part to open the Query Dialog window the part more than likely has a SPC in the GC field. This could create an error when trying to import. We have found that the color on the part(s) were discontinued and needs to be changed to correct it.
