Contact: Status Changes
Whenever a user modifies the status of a contact, this change is logged and stored as part of the contact's history in the database. It's important to remember that e-manage provides valuable insights from historical data, allowing you to learn from past experiences, both positive and negative, and refine your company's policies based on lessons learned.
Status changes in e-manage provide a detailed overview of who made the change, the previous status, the new status, and the timestamp of the modification. These records offer transparency and help you understand the timeline of status updates for a particular contact.
The grid you see displays all the status changes recorded for the currently opened Contact Record. Please note that this grid is read-only, meaning you cannot perform any actions such as double-clicking or right-clicking to access further options or details. Its purpose is to present a comprehensive view of the contact's status change history, enabling you to review the sequence of modifications made over time.
