Messages are a way to track incoming phone calls and when needed, assign a callback to an individual or a group of users.
This is a grid listing of all phone messages that have been associated with the currently open contact. Any phone messages that were assigned to this contact (not necessarily as the main record) will show up in this listing.
Phone messages that have to do with Projects should also be assigned to the project as that is where users will be looking for information. Messages can be assigned to many different records at the same time, so be sure to assign them not only to the Project, but also to the Contact.
