Recurring Action Items

In a project, you can set up a recurring Action Item that pops up to remind you to complete a task on a regular basis such as a monthly storage billing. Follow the instructions below to setup a recurring action item: 

  1. When submitting an action item, check the “Set Recurrence” check box and then click Submit Request button. 

     

  2. The Recurring Action Item Details window will then pop up to set up how often (monthly, weekly, etc.) and the range of recurrence.

     

  3. The Action Item will populate in the Actions To Perform tab to alert the person/department in charge of completing the Action Item on the "Scheduled Date".

     

**Note: Days in Advance can affect how you view your Actions To Perform especially if you are using Recurring Action Items. Please see Days In Advance on Action Items for additional information**
