Create a Service Request from a Project

You can create a Service Request directly from within a Project or right click within any grid to access your Actions menu.

This is used frequently for Punch List Service Requests. If you are using it for a Punch List Service Request be sure to also mark the Project as a “Punch List / Hot Job”. See here for additional details on Punch List / Hot Jobs.

In the image above you can see the information needed when creating a Service Ticket. The fields with the "*" sign are required.
