Go App Dashboard

The Dashboard in the e-manage|ONE Go App provides you with quick access to various areas and tools. Here's an overview of its key components:

Tiles

  • Tiles: These sections offer easy navigation to different parts of the app.

    • Projects: Access and manage your project-related information.

    • Companies: Explore and update company records.

    • Contacts: View and interact with your contacts.

    • Installations: View scheduled installations, access digital Delivery Tickets and receive electronic sign offs from your customers.

    • Appointments: Stay organized with upcoming appointments which is synced with your Outlook Calendar if you are using the “Events Calendar” in the e-manage|ONE Desktop app.

 

 

 

 


Recent

  • Recent: Displays the last three records you accessed, allowing you to quickly pick up where you left off.

Favorites

  • Favorites: Each record features a star icon in the top right corner. You can mark records as favorites to easily access important data. Toggle the star icon to remove from favorites.

The favorite status is device-specific and doesn't sync across multiple devices.

 


Hamburger Menu

  • Hamburger Menu: Located at the upper left corner, this icon reveals additional options for enhancing your experience.

Alerts

  • Alerts: Access a list of notes or actions created on projects, companies, or contacts. You can acknowledge alerts by swiping left or right.

Leads

  • Leads: This section presents a list of leads.

    • Click on a lead to access detailed information, follow-ups, and notes.

    • Use the '+' sign at the bottom right to place a lead on hold or cancel it.

    • Easily reach out to contact persons via email, call, or text directly from the Information page.

Reports

  • Punch Lists / Hot Jobs: Review a list of punch list items for efficient management.

Help & Settings

  • Help Guide: Access the help documentation for any assistance you may need.

  • Submit Feedback: Report bugs or request new features to enhance your experience.

Log Out

  • Log Out: Disconnect from the database. You'll need to re-enter the Connection String and sign in again to access the app.
