Signing up for the Service Desk
Access the service desk using the following link: https://emanageone.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals.
Tip: Bookmark the website for quicker access!
Alternatively, you can access the portal directly from within e-manage → Help → Send a Help Request.
Once there, you can click on the "Log In" button in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Then enter your personal work e-mail address to log in or sign up. After clicking “Sign up with password,” you will receive an e-mail with a link for you to complete the sign up process (see images below).
Click on “Log in” to log in/sign up.
Sign up by using your personal work e-mail address
Select “Sign up with Password”
Follow the link in your e-mail to complete sign up
Enter your full name and a password
