Getting Started with the Kiosk (Admin Setup)

The Kiosk App allows employees to clock in and out using a secure PIN system. As an Admin, you must set up access for employees before they can use the app.

Step 1: Verify User Rights

Before setting up the Kiosk App, ensure you have the necessary User Rights assigned:

  • Manage Employees (Located in Human Resources Employee Manager)

Step 2: Assign or Reset an Employee’s Kiosk PIN

  1. Open the employee’s record in the Human Resources Employee Manager.

  2. Click Reset Kiosk PIN.

  3. Enter a new 4-digit PIN for the employee.

  4. Click OK, then Save the employee record.

The employee can now use the Kiosk App with their assigned PIN to clock in and out.
