Adding a Customer Company Logo

Elevate your business proposals with a personalized touch by incorporating your client's company logo. Adding a company logo to the customer record not only enhances the visual appeal of your quotes and proposals but also showcases a professional and tailored approach. This guide will walk you through the simple steps required to seamlessly integrate the company logo onto the cover page of your proposals, leaving a lasting impression on your clients.   1. Navigate to and open the Bill To Company for the Quote you’d like to add a Company Logo.

     

  2. Locate the Company Logo (we recommend doing a Google search for the company name + “logo”)

     

  3. Right click to copy the Logo

     

  4. Back in e-manage|ONE → Click on the drop down next to Company Logo (top toolbar within Company Record) > Select the “Paste” icon in the upper right-hand corner

     

  5. Select “Save” on the Company Record and you are now ready to re-print your Quote with Cover Page!
