e-manage|ONE includes a Customer Web Portal that provides your customers with secure access to specific areas of the system. Through this portal, customers can log in using their e-manage|ONE-generated username and password to view their company information, active and canceled projects, and any information you’ve made available to them, such as notes and documents.

These settings allow you to control what each customer can see, ensuring they only have access to the information you choose to make viewable.
