This setup allows you to configure each division to either operate independently or share resources and information, depending on your business needs.

For example, you can have a centralized accounting department that manages financial tasks for multiple companies within your organization. To ensure security, user access is restricted based on their assignments, which can be configured through the Division Access Control settings using the User Assignment feature.
