Create a New Serviceable Item from a Project
You can create a Serviceable Item from an existing Project / Job record (more information on Serviceable Items here). It is recommended to create it from an existing Project / Job record so it is connected and easier to search should you need to.
To create a new Serviceable Item, while you have the project open, select New Items > Serviceable Item.
In the image below you can see the information needed when creating a Serviceable Item. The fields with the "*" sign are required.
