Add Inventory to Warehouse / Location
In this section, we will guide you through the process of adding parts to your warehouse inventory in a few simple steps. Please note that the part must be created beforehand, as detailed in our guide on creating new parts.
Step 1: Access the Inventory Menu
Navigate to the upper toolbar and select the "Inventory" menu.
From the dropdown, choose "Manage Inventory & Warehouse."
Step 2: Select the Warehouse
Choose the specific warehouse to which you wish to add a new part.
Click on "Add Parts to Selected Warehouse."
Important Note: Before proceeding, ensure that the part you intend to add to the warehouse inventory has been created. If you require assistance with creating new parts, please refer here for the Help Guide Article.
Step 3: Locate and Highlight Parts
Conduct a search to locate the part(s) you want to include in the warehouse inventory.
Once identified, highlight the desired part(s).
Step 4: Add Parts to Inventory
With the selected part(s), choose "Add Parts to Inventory."
Additional Option: Incorporating Items from the Master Parts List
If you wish to incorporate items from the Master Parts List, follow these steps:
Select "Inventoried Item."
Provide the necessary details within the Inventory Options section.
