Inventory & Accounting Setup

Inventory & Accounting Setup

You will need to activate the account(s) necessary for Inventory by placing a checkmark under the “Inventory” column in the Chart of Accounts within e-manageONE QuickBooks Integration Application. You can also setup the associated COGS account so when you add a Vendor Bill for Inventory/Stock Orders it hits the correct COGS account. Be sure to only activate the sub-account if it is not a main level account.

You will also need to assign the “Inventory” drop down to the Product Types in the e-manageONE Administrator Drop Down List Setup.
