Delete Custom/Alternative Reports
If you are experiencing an issue with printing a particular report in e-manage it is possible you have told e-manage to remember a report in the “Alternatives Available” window. You may need to tell e-manage to forget this “Remembered Report” so you can access the Original report or another custom/alternative report. Follow the instructions below:
Go to Tools > Configure User Settings
Select the “Remembered Report Settings” tab
Highlight the report in question and select “Delete Selected”
Attempt to re-print Report
