Troubleshooting - Leads

If you feel you might not be seeing all the Leads you should be exposed to you may need to check the following areas to ensure you are setup properly.

  • Under Tools → Configure → User Settings → You want to ensure “Show Leads for Salespeople I Manage” is checked

  • You will also need to make sure your Administrator has the appropriate permission checked in your User Profile → “Manage” should be checked if you need to have access to the Salespersons Leads & Projects

  • If you deactivated a Salesperson, it will not show the deactivated salespersons leads so you need to reactivate and change the Leads to a different salesperson. You can do this by right clicking → Lead Options → Set Salesperson.
