Generating Purchase Orders from the Time and Materials module is possible, but it's advisable to follow a specific sequence for efficient workflow. It's not recommended to create Purchase Orders before processing an Order in the Order Entry system. Instead, consider using the Time and Materials module primarily for two key purposes:

Preliminary Quotes: Utilize the Time and Materials module to prepare preliminary quotes for your projects. This allows you to estimate the costs and materials required without committing to an actual purchase.

Time Tracking: Use the Time and Materials module to track time spent on a project before formally processing an order. This helps you accurately record project-related activities and labor costs.
