Contact Service Contracts

The Service Contracts grid provides a comprehensive list of both current and expired Service Contracts associated with a Company Record.

Double-click on a Service Contract in the grid to open its details and gain insights into the contract's specifics.

Open

Alternatively, right-click on one or multiple Service Contracts in the grid to access the Context Menu. This allows you to perform actions on multiple contracts simultaneously.

Open

Open a Service Contract by double-clicking it or using the Context Menu. Within the Service Contract, navigate to the "Contacts" tab to view existing contacts associated with the contract. Add new contacts to the Service Contract using the right-side panel.
