  • Open the Project Information Window.

From Current Opportunities:
If viewing projects in a grid, you can right-click on one or multiple projects to set or change "Next Touch" attributes. Be sure to confirm your changes by clicking the "Set" button.

  • Use this centralized location to adjust settings as the project progresses.

  • To improve efficiency, the software allows you to configure "Next Touch" details for multiple projects at once. Select the desired projects, right-click, adjust settings, and confirm with the "Set" button.

Updating from Current Opportunities:

Directly update the "Next Touch Type" and "Date" from the Current Opportunities section. Utilize the dropdown menu in the corresponding column to make these updates, ensuring that project management remains flexible and responsive to changing needs and priorities.
