✅ Completing a Project
To complete a project in e-manage|ONE, open the project and select “Complete This Project” from the upper Actions toolbar.
📌 When Should a Project Be Completed?
A project should typically be marked as complete once it has reached 100% completion. This often aligns with the time commissions are scheduled and occurs after:
All punch list items have been addressed
All vendor bills have been entered and settled
All receivables have been collected
While workflows may vary slightly by dealer, this is the recommended best practice.
⚠️ Incomplete Orders Message
If you receive a pop-up indicating incomplete orders, it means there are still orders within the project that have not been fully processed.
👉 Please refer to the Help Guide on Completing Orders to ensure all required steps are finished before completing the project.
Completing all orders is a critical step, as project completion is the final stage in the project lifecycle.
🔒 Access & Permissions
If the “Complete This Project” option appears grayed out, it indicates that you do not have the necessary permissions.

Request access to the “Can Complete Projects” user right
💡 Best Practice Reminder
Ensuring all steps are fully completed before marking a project as complete is essential for maintaining accurate reporting, financials, and overall project integrity.
