Inactive Documents

You can manually manage your Documents within e-manage|ONE to ensure all Users are seeing the “latest & greatest” documents. You can do so by locating the Document history either using the panel located on the left-hand side or from the Right-Click menu within any grid.

Proceed to mark through any inactive documents by unchecking the check box located on the Document level labeled “Current”.

After unchecking, you can hit TAB or ENTER on your keyboard. You can also click anywhere on the line item with your mouse if you’d prefer. Notice how it marks a line through the document showing it is no longer an Active or most updated document in the selected document category.

Keep in mind if you are editing documents within e-manage it will automatically mark through the document that is no longer “current” or active. See here for additional instructions on how to edit documents within e-manageONE.
