Processing OFS Vendor Shipment Notifications in e-manage|ONE

Efficiently managing shipment notifications is key to keeping track of your order fulfillment status. Follow these steps to download and process OFS Vendor Shipment Notifications using the OFS Web Service in e-manage|ONE:

  1. Accessing OFS Web Services

    • Open e-manage|ONE and navigate to the 'Web Services' menu on the top toolbar.

    • Select 'OFS Web Services' from the dropdown options.

  2. Navigating to Document Processing

    • Within the OFS Web Services section, click on the 'Download and Process Documents' tab located at the top of the window.

  3. Downloading Shipment Notifications

    • Find and select 'Shipments' on the top toolbar in this section.

    • Click the 'Download' button to retrieve the latest shipment notifications from OFS.

  4. Processing Shipment Notifications

    • Highlight the shipment notification(s) you wish to process after downloading.

    • Click on 'Process Selected'. This action will process the selected shipment notifications.

    • Successfully processed notifications will be automatically removed from the list, indicating that they have been handled correctly.

Where can I see this information in the system?

Check out the ‘Shipment Notifications’ report from the Today Panel to get the latest downloaded information!
