Company Service Tickets

This is a grid listing of all Service Tickets that have been created for the selected Company Record. This grid will show Service Tickets for the End User company and when the Bill To is different, the Service Tickets will show on the Bill To Company as well. These are not duplicated Service Tickets. They show up both places.

You can double click on a Service Ticket to open it or right click on one or more Service Tickets in the grid to perform actions on multiple items using the Context Menu.

To access this grid, select Service Tickets, located under Modules of selected Company Record.
