Trouble Shooting - QB Payroll

If you receive an error saying that the list item is already in use as screenshot shows below:

Problem: The name of the employee is already in QuickBooks. They are in either as an employee, customer or vendor.
Solution: If they is already an employee, open the e-manage QB integration and click on Join Employees to QB Employees and map the e-manage employee with the QB employee.

The QBListID is a dropdown (see screenshot below highlighted in yellow and circled in red for reference). Click in the grid and find the employee name and select it. Once selected you can refresh and it will disappear from the list.
