Attach Surveys to Action Items

Enhance your assessment capabilities and prevent oversights by integrating surveys, which consist of comprehensive questions and answers, with specific Project Types. This strategic utilization of surveys can significantly bolster your workflow efficiency. To set up this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Access the e-manageONE Administrator Application: Open the e-manageONE Administrator application.

  2. Select Action Items: Navigate to the Action Items section within the application.

  3. Highlight the Targeted Action Item: Identify the Action Item to which you intend to associate the survey.

  4. Navigate to Assignments Tab: Within the right panel, locate and select the "Assignments" tab.

  5. Applying the Survey: Locate the relevant survey in the list and apply the corresponding checkbox to associate it with the Action Item.
