🧩 Overview

Customizing Action Items in the Administrator application allows you to align task workflows with your company’s unique operational needs. This article outlines how to add, modify, or remove Action Items and adjust their related behaviors.


🔑 Accessing Action Items

  1. Navigate to: AdministratorAction Items

  2. Select an existing Action Item to modify or click New to create one.

Select the module/window that should open when the Action Item is launched

Select a status to apply when the Action Item is opened or “checked out”
