🗓️ Configuring Your e-manage|ONE Calendars
In this guide, we’ll walk through how to configure your e-manage|ONE calendars, including both the Installation Calendar and the Service Calendar.
📌 Calendar Types
🚚 Installation Calendar (Most Frequently Used)
Use this calendar to schedule and manage installation activities, giving you a clear view of project timelines, installers, and deadlines.
🛠️ Service Calendar
Use this calendar to track and manage service-related items and service tickets separately from installations.
⚠️ Important Note
Calendar configuration is completed on a per-user basis.
Each user must configure their own calendar settings for Installation and/or Service calendars as needed.
🚚 Configuring the Installation Calendar
🔧 Step 1: Access Calendar Configuration
Navigate to:
Tools → Configure → Calendar Configuration
🧩 Step 2: Select Division, Types, and Calendar
Select the Company Division, Type, and Calendar you want to appear on the Installation Calendar.
Click Add.
From the In This Calendar dropdown, select 1, then click Add.
Repeat these steps for each Type you want included in Calendar #1.
Confirm all selected Types appear in the lower section of the screen.ton”
Helpful Tips
Most dealers use one calendar, but you can create multiple calendars if needed.
Users may create up to 20 calendars for both Installation and Service.
To create additional calendars, repeat the steps above and choose a different number in the In This Calendar dropdown.
🏷️ Optional (Recommended for Multiple Calendars)
You can assign a Display Name to each calendar, so the tab is clearly labeled when opened.
✅ Step 3: Access Your Installation Calendar
Navigate to:
View → Installation Calendar
Your Installation Calendar is now ready to use.
🛠️ Configuring the Service Calendar (If Using Service Tickets)
🔧 Step 1: Open Service Calendar Settings
Click the Service Calendar tab within Calendar Configuration.
🧩 Step 2: Select Types and Calendar
Select each Type you want to display in the Service Calendar.
From the Calendar dropdown, select 1.
Click Add.
Repeat for each Type until all desired Types appear in the lower section of the screen.
✅ Step 3: Access Your Service Calendar
Navigate to:
View → Service Calendar
Your Service Calendar is now configured and ready.
