🧾 Tax Import – Manual

e-manage|ONE calculates tax rates based on ZIP Codes, which are pre-loaded into the Administrator Application. If you need to manually edit any tax rates, follow the steps below.

🔧 How to Manually Edit Tax Rates

1. Open the e-manage Administrator Program from the Main Tools Menu.

2. Once inside the Administrator screen, click on Zip Codes.

3. Use the state checkbox to filter by the state you want to edit. This will load all associated cities and ZIP Codes.

4. Make any necessary adjustments directly within the data grid.

   • You can click on any column header to sort the data for easier navigation.

   • Edits made here will update the tax rate used across your database.
