Setting Your Company Logo for Reports (User-Level Setup)

If your company uses multiple divisions or brands in e-manage|ONE, you can choose which logo and company address appear on your reports (such as Quotes, Invoices, and Purchase Orders) when you generate them.

This logo is set at the user level, meaning each user can choose the correct company and associated report header to print with their documents.


How to Set Your Report Logo

  1. In the main e-manage|ONE application, go to:
    File > User Preferences > Set My Company and Logo for Use on Reports

  2. In the window that appears use the dropdown to select the Company Logo profile you wish to use.

  3. If this should be your default logo and company, check the box for "Save My Choice", then click Save Settings.


Important Notes

  • If you work across multiple companies or divisions, do not select "Save My Choice". This will ensure you’re prompted to select the correct company and logo each time you print a report.

  • If no default logo is saved, you’ll be prompted to choose one each time you run a Quote, Invoice, PO, etc.

  • The selected logo controls both the visual branding and the company address shown on your report headers.
