Save or Zip Documents Locally from a Contact

The Save or Zip Documents Locally action menu item allows you to save multiple documents at the same time to your hard drive, network, or into a zip file for sending in an e-mail

Click the Save or Zip Documents Locally action menu item.

A list of existing documents will appear in a grid with a Save column that contains check boxes.

  • Check the boxes next to the documents you want to save

  • Choose to save the individual files or To a Zip File using the option chooser

  • Click the Browse button to go to the folder you want to save the file(s) into

  • Click the save button
