Attaching Documents

If it's not in e-manage… It never happened! 

Disc space is cheap so not wanting to store documents such as CAD files, Pricing files, Configura files, etc… to the project in e-manage is unacceptable and not good for your company. 

e-manage is so powerful because it is one system with everything in one place for exceptional organization and easy access from anywhere you have internet access. Having documents allows you and your company to provide incomparable customer service because in a matter of seconds "anyone" from your company can locate and access a document. 

Attaching Documents

There are multiple ways to attach documents to e-manage The first two are the most popular and easiest to do. 

Using "e-manage ONE Upload To Record"

  • File > Save As from the opened document and save it in the "e-manage One Upload To Record" Folder

 

  • Select one or multiple documents, right click, click on "Send to" and click on the "e-manage One Upload To Record"

 

Using "Attach Document" Icon in the Actions Menu of a Record (Project, Company, Etc.)

  • You can attach one or more documents at one time using this widow using a couple of different methods. 

  • After clicking the Attach Documents window opens. You can add one or multiple documents with similar or different document settings for each document
