🎨 Drop Down List: Designer

If your organization has internal Designers and you'd like to track which Designer is assigned to each project, you can configure this using the Project Designer dropdown in e-manage|ONE.

🪜 Steps to Add a New Designer

  1. Open the Administrator Application
    Launch the e-manage|ONE Administrator program.

  2. Access Drop Down List Setup
    Navigate to:
    Tools → Corporate Division → Drop Down List Setup

  3. Select Project Designer
    From the list on the left, click Project Designer to open the Designer dropdown panel.

  4. Add a New Designer

    • Click New on the right-hand side.

    • Enter the Designer’s name in the List Item field.

    • Click Save.

 

Looking for labels? They can now be found in the details panel on the floating action bar.
