Importing Teknion SIF - Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues when importing a Teknion SIF or XML file, such as phase names not pulling correctly, follow these steps:

1. Check Import Settings:

   • Ensure that your Import Settings are configured correctly in e-manage|ONE.

   • Depending on the software used to generate the SIF/XML file, select the appropriate export type:

     • For 20/20, use the CAP Studio SIF export type.

     • For Project Spec, use the Custom SIF export type.
