HMI OFDA Settings / Downloading Contracts

You will need to activate Herman Miller in the OFDA Settings by configuring the following settings: 

  1. Tools > Configure > Configure OFDA Settings

  2. Select your division and select Herman Miller in the Vendor drop down

  3. Name & Code in top Section as follows:
    Herman Miller - HMI
    Nemschoff - NEM
    Geiger - GEI

  4. Select the applicable MFG from the drop down and Save

 *No other fields are required to be configured - follow instructions below to download your contracts

Once all credentials are entered in the administrator you will be able to download all of your existing contracts directly into eManage with one click! 

Batch Entry > Herman Miller Order Manager 4.5 > Download and Process Documents > Download Contract #'s
