Cloud Setup
Advantages:
Subscription Pricing: Pay on a monthly basis, offering flexibility and scalability.

Database Maintenance: We handle your database, ensuring backups and reducing IT and storage costs on your end.
Enhanced Security: With Microsoft Azure's robust security measures, including Microsoft Defender and Azure Firewall, your data is encrypted, monitored, and protected.
Consolidated Licensing: Everyone gets a seat, simplifying the licensing structure.
Database Uptime: We guarantee a database uptime of 99%, dependent on Azure's availability.
Considerations:
There's a recurring cost associated with subscription pricing.
Customization for backups is limited to Azure’s Point in Time backup for 7 days, with long-term recovery options available.
On-Prem Setup
Advantages:
Lease-to-Own Pricing: A one-time purchase with an annual support contract.
Database Control: You host your database, giving you full control over its management and setup.
Considerations:
You're responsible for server maintenance, incurring in-house server costs.
No access to the suite of mobile apps.
You need to ensure your database meets e-manage|ONE requirements.
