Troubleshooting: Order Status

The criteria for an order to populate on the Order Status report is as follows:

  1. Project is not cancelled

  2. Order Book Date is not blank

  3. Order is not complete

  4. Project is not complete

  5. Salesperson has manager rights

 

The criteria for an order to be removed from the Order Status report is as follows:
The project is cancelled, order is completed, or project is completed.
