Using the Field Chooser

The Field Chooser is a button at the top left of every grid that allows you to add or remove columns from the grid or drag and drop columns from the field chooser into a spot in the column headers you would like to move it to.

To begin, click the Field Chooser button on the top left of the column headers.

A window will appear with all of the column headers that exist in the grid, in alphabetical order. Some of the items will be checked, while others will not. Checked items are the columns that are visible in the grid, unchecked are not.

If you want a column to not show in the grid, simply uncheck the box.

If you want  to show a column, check the box. When you check the box to show the column header, it will appear in the grid wherever it was originally, so you may not see it in the visible part of the grid.

If you want put the column in the visible area of the grid, you can drag the item into the column header area until you get two arrows showing where the column will be dropped. Dropping the column without the two arrows showing will not move the column header. The column headers can only exist once in the grid so if the column header already exists in the grid, it will move from where it was, to where you drop it.
