Active quotes are all quotations that are marked as Valid with an Expires On date that is greater than today’s date or is not filled in. You can access this grid in Today > Active Quotes.
If you are a salesperson, you will only see those quotes where you are the Salesperson on the project. Users who manage salespeople will see all quotes for those that they manage, which is set in the Administrator.
You can update your Valid and Most Likely Quotes directly in this grid. To remove quotes from this grid that are no longer valid, just uncheck the “Valid” box.
